Bad service

<p>On Saturday 23 July 2016 at 10.30 I was looking for a till to pay two items at Cape Gate. Only five tills were open, one being the cigarette counter. There were ques everywhere, with no seperate line for under ten items. There was a snake show in the front of the store, the staff on duty was more interested in that than in the customers in the store. I eventually did like the two people before me, and just left the items and went to Checkers in stead. This is not a once off problem, there is always ques with very few tills open.</p>
