Bad service

I and my sister went to Pick 'n Pay yesterday with a friend and we wanted Masala. We found 400g in the spice aisle and the price was R18.99, when we go to the till we were told that it was R44.99. We told the ladies at the till by the name of Lobisa and Elizabeth that the price was R18.99, they then asked where we got it and I showed Elizabeth who referred the matter to Sheron who I think is there supervisor or Manager. Sheron said that she will sell it at a scanned price because it is not the store's fault or our fault that the price was wrong. I wasn't happy with these as when we took the masala it showed a price and it is the responsibility of the store personnel to make sure that the displayed prices are correct. There was no apology or whatsoever from the store's personnel for this error.
