Bad service

On the 6th of July visited Pick n Pay in Dobsonville soweto there was a till for "staff" and special till for "Pensioners" amd the other tills were packed with long ques as other customers were drawing out money from the Sassa accounts.. And the other 2x tills were closed, and the guard who was assisting the Pensioners waa so violent to other customers aa me to buy milk, so he couldn't even call other customers to be assisted either on staff till or Pensioners till as they were empty. Waited 2 and a half hour to pay just for milk and ox liver. And thank you to the old lady the Pensioner whi agreed to pay for me on my behalf... The service is very bad even the ataff members they work as if they doing the customer a favor.
