Bad Service

@ PicknPay Birchleigh north, tried using my RCS card & & the cashier said my signatures do not look alike, I opted 2 sign again she said she needs 2 confirm with her manager (Dawie) who refused 2 assist me, so I went to him, he dint bother to greet me nor explain his reason for refusing to assist me, I demanded to know why, he then said my ID has been tempered with, I don't look like the person on the id & that my signatures don't match, he even went as far as 2 remove my picture from my ID, I was so embarrassed and Insulted by his Insinuations, I got his attention by requesting someone above him, only then was he compelled 2 assist me. However, damage was already done, he had already discriminated me & compromised my character, I don't wnt to pull the race card, fact is, I was mistreated because I am black & was not well dressed, I believe Dawie is a resist & that he knows nothing about customer service, makes one wonder how he got his job, I grew up shopping in that store my neighbors and friends shop in the same store, as a matter of fact people who know me where at the store when the incident took place from the cashiers teller,,& for Dawie 2 remove my ID photo is disrespectful
