Bad service

On the 15th of March 2024 I went to pick n pay in ladysmith to place a birthday cake for my mothers 68 year birthday, I told Amanda who was taking my order that I will fetch it on the 17th of March 2024 at 11am. When I arrived at 11:45am my cake was not done I was told that they didnt know I had placed an order the mananger at the bakery took any cake and wrote the wrong information from the one I had requested and the cake wasnt even the one I wanted when I explained What I requested he said he will do it when he came back with it I just couldnt believe my eyes it was like a child was preparing it. I asked for a refund he sent me to the kiosk when I got there I explained What happened I couldnt hold back my tears I broke down in the store cried because my mother had a stroke in 2014 so every year I make sure I make her birthday as special as possible but today I failed because of *********** people who work for Pick n pay ladysmith. I had to tell my guests of What happened to explain why there was no cake and even the manangers there were so not interested that no one came to me until I told the lady who refunded me that I will post them on hellopeter then I left. Only then I received a call from them telling they can do it I refused to come back because I have them a chance to fix it but they failed on both counts. Am so disappointed with the service I received I dont see myself or my guests will ever trust them again.
