Bad service

Baught a simcard yesterday, did not have my proof of adres, was informed that i can bring proof on my phone. Returned today and the workers refused to accept the proof of adress (pep account statement) on my phone and did not want help also because i did not have the slip anymore. Went across the street to pakistani shop and the helped me. Pathetic service.
