Bad service

How bad is the online delivery app of this shop? Must be the worse of all the grocery stores. Order was ready for delivery at 7h15. For delivery between 7h30 and 8h00. But some items were out of stock. So I ordered from Checkers at 7h45. Checkers delivered already, but P&P still waiting at 8h30

Absolutely no regard for the customer. App simply says “delayed” (for more than an hour” with no reason given. I have to sit and wait and cannot leave. Also doesn’t allow me to cancel, even though Checkers already delivered
