Bad service

I am super annoyed with the Deli Staff at PnP the falls. I went to buy their pizza, got to the Deli as usual and picked out the pizza and walked away to get other stuff I needed. I come back 10 min later, my pizza is ready and I pick it up and go. I get home with a nicely boxed raw pizza, in the middle of loadshedding, like what am I supposed to do with it? I cant drive back to return it. Theres not even baking instructions on this box like really!?!
