Bad service

I bought baby formula at pick n Pay ASAP they delivered a wrong baby formula and I they took more than 18 hour to come and take the wrong formula and credit me my money they were not assisting me I was the one who was calling and doing the follow up even when I explained to them that I need the formula urgently they didn't care.
