Bad service!

I odered a few items from the Bottles App Two of the items were not delivered, so I contacted them. Cazley came back to me asking if I would like to have a refund, on the 16th June. I said yes. I have followed up 3 times with them now, and they are just not coming back to me at all, and also no refund received yet either. Please do not use this app!
