Bad service
I went to pick n pay forest hill to do my shopping,then I see a price tag stating R17.99 on a 750ml detol,then I took it as I know it's a Burgen.one of the staff there called someone to change it fast but I already took a picture
When I got to the till the manager Sipho who didn't even have a name tag, including the cashier,they refused to make me pay the price I see as it's like that on consumer protection act.
I then paid the price they insisted I pay but I want my refund as I saw the price was there on the detol,or I'm taking this to 702 Radio station.i have proof

We have done a follow up on this complaint with our Management Team and have been advised that they have been in contact with you to assist.
Sipho from the store has advised that he did advise you that they will do a refund and charge the item at the price you had seen although this flasher was not found in store.
