Bad service

If I could add 0 stars I would. I've made a refund request from the 7th of Dec 2025 for my alcohol order they messed up and no response was furnished from then and I made another order on the 22nd and the repeated the same issue when I lodged a refund they kept quiet and the refund kept on pending and when I called to find out what was the issue they kept quiet then they told me about escalation then now boom am being told about returning items to the store after 28 days. Even their support agents are promiscuous rude xm I don't wanna lie
