Bad service

I during my recent visit to pick n pay port shepstone I was shocked and disgusted by a Till supervisor by the name of Precious she had a very nasty and rude tone when a queried a price with her which was uncalled for and was embarrassing for me to be spoken to in such a manner in front of other shoppers. This lady needs to be trained to do her job properly or atleast be demoted as she obviously not fit to hold the rank she has. I'm a frequent shopper at pnp port shepstone but do to my experience I am no longer happy to continue supporting to a store which does not train staff on customer service.
