Bad Service

Good Morning,so on Sunday I bought a skirt at Kollonade and yesterday I went to exchange it at Wonderboom Pick n Pay Clothing to my surprise they told me that I can’t exchange it because the price has changed. I would really want to know how is the price adjustment affecting me when I have the slip and I only wanted to exchange the price adjustment should not affect me. I would really appreciate it if someone can look at this and give me a call because this is not right.
