BAD SERVICE

I purchased groceries on the Pick n Pay asap on today the 28th at 07:00, My grocery amount was R1145 with 31 items. I waited for my stuff until now and i never got an email, and my order has been cancelled. Now my frustration is i never received any communication from anyone explaining the possibilities of a delay or even a cancellation. I never received explanation or even an apology. And i never received my refund. What stresses me the most is that I needed the groceries, and I wasn't going to place another order that will end up being cancelled again. I need my money back on my account since Pick n Pay failed to render their services.
