Bad service

Glen Garry - what has gone wrong? Used to be sush a great shop. Still looks great. The last few visits, the service has been supper slow. Few tills open, with long queues. The lady today was so lethargic. Not a care in the world. Told her that the credit card touch screen needs a clean. It's sticky and dirty. She just ignored me and slackered on.
