Bad seevice

Iv been struggling with my pick n pay store account.Tried calling pick n pay n a nice lady by the name of Natalie tried her best but couldn't solve my query and transferred to the head office who in turn dont answer their call until it goes back to Natalie.Pick n pay you can do better than this,i ordered through your asap and my ice cream was completed melted went to the store n was told there is nothing they can do if there are no drivers,went to your clothing store which had incorrect prices n the way you resolved my complaint left me speechless now its my store account
