Bad, rude and pathetic service

I went shopping for the 1st time at Pick and pay Maponya mall the service was poor! We joined the incorrect line(Express)to pay for the groceries, we stood for an hour! Someone came out of nowhere and shouted out that if we stand in the line with a big trolley we wont be helped, we advised him that we didn't know that it was for customers with trolleys only. He told us straight that they wont help us ( we where not the only people who had the big trolleys In the line). When we got to the till point after a huge effort the manager named Geraldine approached us with a bad, pathetic and rude attitude! She came there telling us that we I the wrong line we explained to her that we didn't know, she carried on by saying that she cant talk to 2 people at the same time, we had a small argument. Right after her approach she aggravated an havoc between us and the customers, she contradicted herself by saying she cant speak to 2 people at the same time because she had a huge discussion with the customers! She left us there without trying to calm the situation. I'm disgusted by the service we received, what makes the situation worse was the "so called" manager! Such things happens and for my 1st experience it's worse, I wont advise anyone to go do shopping at Pick and Pay Maponya.
