Bad rotten Food and bad customer service

Hello,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment.

On 9 February 2026, I purchased pap and chicken from your counter. The meal was accompanied by a small soup for R29. Upon returning home, I poured the soup over the pap and was shocked to discover an unpleasant odour.

I contacted your customer service at *** at 18:06. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and did not apologise for the situation. Instead, they requested that I bring my receipt.

I have been a loyal customer of your establishment since 2013 and am deeply disappointed by this experience.
