Bad Response Pick n Pay

I sent in a bad review on Pick n Pay not honoring their Midea Microwave Oven Guarantee & they sent me a private review response, to contact their compaints dept. ( ***) with the case number of *** & Which I did , I was informed a consultant from Pick n Pay will return my call within 48 hours & its now over 2 weeks later & no one has responded. Pick n Pay is using the private review facility to shy away from taking on the responsibility of reciting its bad service
