Bad Quality of Goods

We bought Assorted Atchaar two weeks ago and today we woke up it was off. We kept the Atchaar in the fridge as usual but today the Atchaar is off. We would buy achaar and it would take months before it goes off. I do not understand why this achaar went off very quickly. We only had it twice.
