Bad quality food

Bought Biltong earlier on today at the pick n pay at Fourways crossing and it is spoiled. The Sell by date is dated for the 22nd of April 2024 but the meat smells and tastes rotten. My little niece unknowingly ate the biltong and is currently now fighting bad stomach cramps from the Biltong.
