bad quality, bad customer service
I bought a pair of bedroom slippers from the pick n pay hyper about two weeks ago. The character logo started to peel off. Since the slippers were barely used, I was not happy with bad quality that these shoes were already showing. I didn't have a receipt but these slippers are the pick n pay house brand and are part of the new winter stock still available in the store. The bad quality of the slippers were evident, but the department manager refused to take them back. I spent over 30 min waiting for store manager who was even more arrogant than the department manager. I have learnt my lesson, the slippers are worthy only of the bin where they are headed and definitely don't buy any clothing from pick n pay because they refuse to take back their own bad quality merchandise. I have sent a mail to their customer services department but a week later have had no response from them.
