Bad quality and no customer service

On 18/12/2021 I bought a jacket from PnP Elgin Mall I didn’t even got a chance to wear it as it was already thorn at tha arms, fixed it with a needle and a thread only for a few day later to start thoring at other places. Under the arm it is completely thorn. I am very disappointed in the quality and in PnP as they don’t even respond to my emails! 😡🤬
