Bad product

I am Miss Ndimande yesterday afternoon I went to one of your pick n Pay stores at midway stores near me I purchased couple of items including 2 ice creams, 1 was gino ginell, and the other one was nestle, I drove pass couple of retailers because of their bad customer service, when I got home I opened these ice creams and I found them not in a good condition to be eaten, I will be much appreciated for your response at ***
