bad policy or bad management decisions

I've recently purchased reduced to clear cosmetic product from pick n pay but it turned out to be the wrong colour. Without opening the package i went back the next day saying i would like to exchange the item for a different colour. I was told that because it was a reduced to clear item they cant make any exchanges. I told them the item was not even open and requested the manager. The manager came and enforced that decision saying that is pick n pays policy. He went on to say that if a customer purchased anything on the reduced to clear table they buy it at their own risk even if its an appliance on markdown. He said the supplier warranty falls away because it was purchased at a reduced price. I refused to accept that because i purchased several appliances recently from them at a reduced price which i have not even used as yet. All of those item even have the supplier warranty stated on the boxes. I said that a supplier warranty does not fall away simply because pick n pay reduced the price to clear the aged stock. I wrote up to pick n pay head office for clarity on this policy as i need to know if the appliances i recently purchased still have the supplier warranty. There has been about 6 email correspondences between me and pick n pay but they refuse to confirm if that is their policy. All they do is ask which store this happened at so they can escalate the matter. I said i don't want to give out the store details as i still have to shop there every single day and i have to see that same manager everyday as well. Surely the head office does not need the store details just to confirm if that is their policy or not. But they are refusing. I have spoken to Zanele Ngaliphi, Noor Gameeldien , Wendy Ngqwebo, ***meedah Davids and Tristan Jephtas. Non of these people can simply answwr me if this is pick n pay policy or if the manger was wrong in his comments to me. Maybe someone from pick n pay can respond to me about this on social media.

Hi. Again as i told the other 6 people in pick n pay head office I'm not concerned about the cosmetic issue. I'm concerned about the policy about the appliances that i was told that although they are brand new it does not come with the supplier warranty and purchased at my own risk because it was at a reduced price. Can you please respond on that point. Everyone f you who responds seems to not want to confirm if this is your policy.
