Bad pnp home online experience

I had the worst delivery experience. The driver refused to deliver my dishwasher to my apartment door stating he can’t use stairs and turned back with the dishwasher as I am physically unable to carry it myself. I stated the delivery instructions when I purchased the dishwasher and this is the first time the delivery people refuse to deliver the item. So disappointed at pnp for using such a bad rated delivery company that you can’t ever reach on call. They also deliver after 5pm when pnp store is closed.
