bad planning

<p>The new pick 'n pay in De la rey road parow opened this week. I can't believe that planning went into the store opening. They have promotions and it's Christmas time. The queue for the lamb promotion was so bad. Client's were in store since after 7 the morning only to be told we must wait for stock. Almost 2 hours later and still waiting for stock. This is not what I expect from Pick 'n Pay</p>
