Bad planing from pick n pay - Jamie Oliver knifes

I am really disappointed in the manner which pick n pay has planned this Jamie Oliver knife collection. Being told on numerous occasions that there is no stock if you are running a promotion one should plan ahead. I am from Saldana and drove all the way to Ottery or Brackenfell to do my shopping leaving behind other stores who had similar products on special only to build up for my stamps. We where told we can collect untill 16 August I went to Pick n pay Brackenfell on Sunday 16th Aug and told there is still no stock and I should call the manager of the store Waleed on the Monday. Olivia who was the lady at help desk also said that Waleed said they should not take any more customer names for these knifes I was not the only customer there for this. I called on Monday almost the entire day to speak to Walled and he just didn't answer the phone or he was an available the gentleman that was at reception took my number and name and said he will ask Waleed to call back which he has failed to do. So now I want to know what happens to customers like my self who has been collecting stamps but pick n pay failed to do proper preparation on their side I just feel they should honor these customers what they advertised as its not our fault that they ordered to little stock!
