Bad Pick & Pay driver

Please note that I am pasting an email I send to Pick & Pay Head Office this morning.

Good morning

I would like to report your driver in your truck – DP 83 SW GP as a reckless driver.

This morning at +- 08h10 one of your trucks was travelling on the R25 (Modderfontein Road) towards the East Rand. At the Parkland intersection, instead of waiting in line to turn right into Parkland street, he goes straight to the front of the queue and want to turn right (there is no road signage to say that you are allowed to do this, as you should be travelling straight when you use this lane) – your driver then proceeds to turn right, cutting the cars off, that does have the right to turn right.

Your driver did not have any concern for the other drivers in his “hurry”.

It is bad enough that my friends and myself, are refraining from using Pick & Pay because of the horrible service one receives from your staff – the staff has become rude and unhelpful. Furthermore, your shops are not even looking presentable anymore.
