Bad pick n pay Asap service!!!!!

I am deeply disappointed in the horrible service from pick n pay ASAP. Last week Wednesday I placed a order on pick n pay and when my order got delivered there was items missing and no refund was given. Since then I reached to there customer service and there was no result. I sent so much of emails to them to find out the way forward and no response until today , which is a week later .
