BAD PICK AND PAY ASAP!!! Always Out of Stock and forcing us to reshop!

I am SO over Pick and Pay ASAP. EVERY time I order from them, they are out of stock of at least 2 items. EVERY time. And then they don't refund you immediately back to your bank account like Checkers Sixty-60 does - noooo you get a Wallet Credit for further shopping. AND if you use THAT credit to shop again, they will inevitably be out of stock of something you ordered again and so it cascades into an infinity of wallet credits pushing you to order again and again and spending R35 delivery after delivery. And should you actually want that wallet credit returned to the safety of your bank account - you have to request a pay out... then a form gets sent to you to fill in online with your banking details etc... and only after someone has decided to process that form, perhaps 2 days later... you are notified of your refund that will take 5 to 7 business days. PATHETIC! Checkers Sixty-60 has got it right! And if they don't have stock for whatever reason, and these days that is VERY seldom - they immediately credit you your delivery fee AND refund the money for that item right back into your account without hassle so that you can live to spend it another day using your free delivery. WELL DONE CHECKERS! - BAD PICK AND PAY!
