BAD, PATHETIC SERVICE at Pick 'n Pick Mall@Reds. Pick 'n Pay Piet Retief and Pick 'n Pay Ebony Park Mall.

I am now convinced that your staff is trained to give BAD SERVICE. It can't be that 3 of the Pick 'n Pay(s) Mall@Reds, Ebony Park and Mkhondo/Piet Retief cashiers do the same thing when it comes to giving cash back.

In August I was at Pick 'n Pack in Piet Retief doing groceries and when I got to the tellers I requested for cash back for a Capitec Cash Send and I was gonna use the same money to pay for the groceries but all the tellers didn't have a mere R2000, I really find it impossible that a big retailer like PnP cannot have an amount of R2000 in the afternoon on a busy month end weekend?! Such Pathetic Service, my next resort was to ask my partner to send me money in my account so I can swipe for the groceries, the manager at PnP overheard my telephonic conversation and came to me and asked if what he heard was true and I said yes it's true; all your tellers don't have R2000, he went to one lady to ask if she didn't have R2000 and she said she did have and the manager called me to do the transaction with her, to our surprise (me and the cashier) I did ask her for the cash back and she said she doesn't have so I was really shocked, it is shocking that she needed to be asked by her manager for her to give me the cash back and she actually had more than what I needed but she still refused. I still don't understand why PnP Cashiers are so stingy with cash back.

Second attempt at getting a cash back from PnP was yesterday at Pick 'n Pay Mall@Reds where STILL all the cashiers didn't have R2000, it was after 5pm when I rushed to the store to request for the cash back with no success until I was assisted by Precious Ngobeni with her last R800 and I'm really grateful for that cause she showed that she was willing to help unlike all the others who showed no interest in helping and I know for a fact that they had the money.

Lastly, today at Pick 'n Pay Ebony Pak happened, all your cashiers didn't have R1500 for a cash back.

I'm even tired of explaining this but please train your cashiers on good customer service and also please alert us your customers if it's your RULE as Pick 'n Pack not to give out cash back.
