BAD PACKING ON ISLES

I went to pick n pay to buy some few items now there was a special of items and I took some of those items from the isle,when I got to pay at the counter the cashier told me that the item was not on sale.I then told the cashier it is fine I will leave items as I was in a rush but she persisted to call the supervisor.The then supervisor came over by the name Charne came over and she took the item to the office and explained to the MANAGER ON DUTY which was Sunitta.<br> <br> Sunitta came over to me and asked: Can I help you?That surprised me because she was suppose to come to me knowing as to what is the problem.I then noticed that she was very angry and a bad attitude.I asked her what will be the problem as I saw that she was shouting at me.There was another lasdy by the name Thozama who told me that by the rights I was suppose to be given the items for free as the mistake was on their side not mine.Sunitta was very mad at her that she cannot say that and she(Sunitta) decided to say Thozama is my friend because she told me the store policy.I am not happy at all with the embarrassment that happened in front of customers and I am not interested to go to P n P anymore.That store is 5 mins
