Bad online shopping/refund experience at pnp

Ordered in August received an incorrect item, requested a refund for the difference was sent from pillar to post from August until October until my first complaint here apparently they needed my account details for the refund but with all of my details on hand no one bothered to contact me until I followed up...Banking details sent numerous times still awaiting refund from October until now..December!
