Bad online service

I've never been so unhappy with the online service like the one I got from pick n pay online jabulani mall I ordered placed the ordered and waited for my groceries to be delivered and my products were short yet they debited my money I called the store numerous times with no positive feedback I'm currently here now coz I'm hoping I get helped and I know they tell if item isn't there so I replace but on the day they didn't do that with perception I would get all my stuff but I didn't get everything
