Bad online collection experience at Pick ‘n Pay Liberty Promenade Mitchell’s plain

31 December 2023 I did and online purchase on the Pick ‘n Pay asap app and I selected the pick up point to be in Pick ‘n Pay liberty promenade Mitchell’s plain. I got an email that my order was delivered at 10:00 am on that Sunday, at 13:00 am I went to the store to collect my order let me tell you they were looking for my order and couldn’t find it the mall closed at 15:00pm and that’s when they found my online order they decided 2 hours later that they will take the items in store and give it to me since they lost my order. I was so upset because I left a 4 month old baby at home and I breastfed so you can imagine the pain I was in if you don’t breastfeed for 2 hours Breast get full and sore. So I decided to lay a complaint with Pick ‘n Pay customer service and I was told the manager will call me 3 months later I’m still waiting for that call. Last week Friday I got an sms that my ref number *** has been solved they will close it. How??? When I haven’t receive any feedback regarding my complaint. I decided to contact customer service again and asked for feedback on this ref number *** on how it has been solved. They told me they will ask the store to contact me that’s it no feedback after 3 whole months!! They don’t care that I lost my supply that day I was leaking and so embarrassed I left my baby because I thought I will be quick!!
