Bad Meat Quality

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of meat I purchased from Pick n Pay. The meat looked fine on the shelf, but once I got home and opened it, there was a strong, unpleasant smell and the quality was clearly poor. For the price paid, this is completely unacceptable.

Pick n Pay markets itself as a trusted retailer, but this experience has really damaged that trust. Meat is a basic essential, and customers should not have to worry about freshness or safety. I ended up having to throw it away, which is a waste of money and food.

I expect much better quality control from a store of this size. I’ll be very hesitant to buy meat from Pick n Pay again unless serious improvements are made.
