Bad meat product-food poisoning.

I went to Pick n Pay family centre on the 11/05/2018 and purchased 5 packs of braai wors bulk to the value of R237.The next day my wife made us a tray for breakfast there was a funny after taste in the braai wors,i called the call centre up on Monday 13/05/2018 and laid a complaint on the wors,to my amu*****t the operator on the phone told me that they will call me after 5 working days.I am still waiting for a call,so yesterday i was to take the wors back to the store and told my wife to take out of freezer,my children came from school and made a pack of braai wors and today i am sitting with 2 sick kids and a wife.Food poisioning is bad,especially with hesteriouses going around.I can,t understand that a big brand like Pick n Pay will take a chance like this especially for food to take 5 working days to reply and up to today i have not got a call.This Pick n Pay family circle has been giving me problems for the past 3 years,and enough is enough.This Pick n Pay is in Boy de Goede circle in Table View,please becareful when purchasing meat products.
