Bad Meat

I have always buy my groceries including meat (beef) at Pick n Pay Willows Crossing Centre , for the past 2 months I am wondering what kind of meat we are being sold , the beef is not fresh , don't know what grade it is, as it is so hard and one has to cook it for hours which makes it tasteless on top of it .This needs to be looked into because this is not the service , we signed up and have to pay for
