Bad manners and poor service

Featherbrooke village branch. The old lady behind the kiosk need to be taught manners. " No one is on duty here, go and pay at the tills" No smile no nothing. The ladies at the tills were having a competition to see who could work the slowest. I changed from one till to another as a client finished and as I started placing my items down was told the till is closing. Just left my stuff and left the shop.
