Bad Managerial skills

After being invited by the manager so he could apologise in person, to my surprised he continued to behave as bad as his stuff (the fish starts rotting from the head, after all). I requested a Nedbank Manager (who was very helpful) to call him and he claimed to be busy and came passed us without saying a word. We proceeded to the Liquor dept. to pay for our groceries after being advised by one of their stuff members. There we met the RUDE Indian lady who was on the phone on our previous visit. She carelessly told us that we must pay by the main shop as she only sells liquor here. These two incidences emphasise my initial complain further about that particular branch. Pick 'n Pay (CEO) please be warned, your reputation is down the drain thanks to that branch I wish they can reshuffle them all.
