Bad manager pink n pay

<p>I went to pick n pay eesteriver to get cat food. When I went to pay my card was declined so I asked were the naerst bank was just to get a message from my bank telling me that I did a purchase at that pick n pay. I asked for a management he said that the lady walking in is the store manager. I spoke to her about this and she looked at me and said your bank will reverse it and just walked away the tiller who was doing a better job than her said to that she just walk away and never told him what to do. By this time I was upset as I have been unemployed for 4 years so for my money not in my account and not proper help I went to her and asked her for her name she told me than rolled her eyes at me I ask her if she a problem she turned around and said to me that no you the one with the problem ( she was referring to me). She showed no respect to me and me feel like dirty. </p>
