Bad Manager attitude, Inconsistent pricing.

I Entered the Store on the 20th of September to purchase baking ingredients for my wife, my total spend was over R 800 just on baking ingredients. one of the items required was 4x large slabs of Kit Kat Chocolate, I noticed that there was 3 prices displayed for 1x product, I made sure to take a picture if I ran into trouble at the till, indeed there was a problem at the till point. I raised my concern to the cashier who didn't seem very interested, so I asked if there was anything that she was going to do to resolve the situation, she called for someone, I was not aware if it was related to my issue or not, also it was not communicated in English, therefore I was unaware if it was in fact related to my issue or just a conversation with someone as no mention of the product was stated, so after 3 minutes of waiting, I asked what is going to be done, the cashier stated that she had called for the merchandiser, I asked why she didn't state that to me in the first place, again no response from cashier. eventually after 5 minutes the merchandiser arrived with a barcode of the lowest price stating that it is for the white Kit Kat, upon further inspection of the barcode with the price, there was no mention of the type of Kit Kat, which made me even more upset, I walked up to a manager, explained the situation, to which he said he had asked the merchandiser to sort out the issue. I went through the full explanation with the Manager who didn't want to assist with the issue, he reserved the fact that the lowest price was for the white Kit Kat and nothing can be done about it, i stated that if he wasn't going to do something about it that I would definitely be taking it further, he stated that "I can do what I like he is not doing anything about it". I was highly frustrated and angry and shocked at the attitude of the manager, cashier and merchandiser, I felt as if my purchase was not worth Pick n Pay's time. The attitude that I received was totally unprofessional from the start. I immediately took to social network to express my dismay, I posted on the Facebook Pick n Pay page, I was asked to inbox my details which I did, and was assured that it was escalated, well...... its the 11th of October, still no call or email. I'm wondering if this will even be taken on a serious note or if my issue will be pushed aside yet again considering that it is the trend so far that I have seen from your franchise, not the first time prices were displayed incorrectly, just last week pick n pay at Umhlanga lagoon drive had the 2.5kg Huletts sugar which had 2 prices displayed on the shelf and their house brand Eggs were priced at a figure and scanned for R 10 more that what it was marked for. The manager on duty had the decency to ensured that the situation was rectified, and that I paid what was displayed on the shelf.
