Bad Manager

At cashier. An item,Pepsi 2L which was R13,00 on special needs to be override since the price rang on till as R15.49. The cashier couldn't find the manager and I had to wait, and wait and wait. Eventually asked cashier where is manager, she says no the manager went out walking outside. In other words, manager is not in store. After waiting how long, the cashier moved us to another cashier to see if they can get it right. The didn't. There was only 3 tills open, 2 tills were now stucked with my with my items. The queue was endless long. The one cashier ran outside to search for the manager. Eventually she came with the cashier
