Bad management of picknpay
Good day.
On sunday 4th of March 2018 I was a customer at the durbanville picknpay. While trying to find the aisle I required to go down, I slipped and fell on spilt yoghurt which was not properly secured to warn a customer that the spill was there. On top of this the assistance 'post fall' was shockingly lacking. I receive no apology by the gentlemen at the store and Received more help from other customers than the employees of PNP. His exact response was 'I was about to clean that up.' While proceeding to surround the spill with cans. This to me does not seem an appropriate solution. This morning i found my left arm and shoulder was swollen and aching and I am unsure currently of the severity of the injury sustained. Customer Safety in your shops should be PNPs main priority. I am hopeful that the reaction I recieve for my complaint will be satisfactory and one of precautionary action.
