Bad Management

I purchased a "freshly made" vegetable meal made by Pick n Pay yesterday & popped it in the oven last night. The broccoli was spongy, bitter when I tried eating it & brown when I fished it out of the sauce (the chicken & corn was fine) This indicates that the broccoli was old - what a disappointment! I took the trouble to return the disgusting broccoli, with till slip, back to the shop this morning & was directed to Neville. After explaining my displeasure, this was his response -

"We don't make that here, it's from our warehouse. Is that all I get back? - referring to the inedible pieces of broccoli (did he expect me to regurgitate the rest of the meal from the night before!) I've never had a complaint before"

There was absolutely NO apology or I'll let the warehouse know. What a rude, ********* person he is to respond that way. If he is a manager, in any capacity, he should be relieved of his services. I'm very disappointed & angry, he doesn't deserve our custom!
