Bad management and service!!!

I ordered some groceries on PNP online and paid with my card. Two days later, I received an email saying the items ordered were out of stock and I will be refunded. I waited 2 weeks and still didn't receive a refund. I contacted emailed customer care but received no response! I called the customer care number a few times and was told that the manager of online will give me a call to sort it out. His name in Wayne. I waited 7 days and received no call! I then called again and demanded that I speak to him immediately. He came on the phone and started making silly excuses. He said he didn't remember etc etc. He didn't apologize either. This kind of service is unacceptable!!!
