Bad management

I was at pick and pay clothing furtherbrook few weeks back, I was dissatisfied at the manager of the store, she had a meeting, discussing politics with her stuff, during the working hours, bringing the speed of service to a stand still, I could say without hesitating that the store doesn't have a manager in that lady, pick and pay clothing has lost me as a customer , politics shouldn't brought to work especially where there are customers.
