Bad management

Today 18/01/2020 at 08h00 I enter the pick pay at the Glen shopping center in the south of Johannesburg first thing i see was this giant heep of what seems like freshly baked doughnuts but then i saw the person stacking them on the table with her bare hands ans some fell on the floor and was picked up and put back on the tray. I told her she cant do that she kept on doing it so i asked her again how can she touch food with her bare hands. She then fetch gloves to work with. I went to tell the manager about the incident his name is Freddy. I then left the shop without shopping and after about 1 min I returned only to find the manager sitting in his office he didn’t even made an effort to go and speak to his staff.
